Passing of our friend Hans HUG

Dear Friends of MOROP,

It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our friend Hans HUG on Monday, March 10, 2025.

A delegate representing the Swiss Eisenbahn Amateur Association for many years, he was director of the technical committee from 2006 to 2010. Working professionally on the Appenzell Railways, we fondly remember his interpersonal skills and, above all, his consistently authoritative knowledge.

With his radiant sympathy, we offer our sincere condolences to his entire family.
